Watch out for Ahmed Muhumed -- he won the Oregon state cross country championships last year, and went on to finish fourth at NXN Northwest Regional and 40th at NXN 2015. Muhumed owns a respectable cross country 5K PB of 14:56.80, and has also run 8:25.87 in the 3000m. Backed by success at big meets and fast PBs, Muhumed is one to keep an eye as he looks to crack into the nation's top 25 this year.
