Analysis: Tibebu Proctor is looking to improve upon the breakout cross country season he had last fall. He won the WIAA State Championship in 2015, and his season didn't stop there. He went on to place fifth at the Foot Locker West Regional to qualify for Nationals, where he finished 28th as a junior. Proctor's cross country 5K PB, 15:07, puts him at the top of the list of returning runners in Washington, and in good position to repeat as state champion.
