Analysis: In one year, Jack Aho went from 11th at the Illinois state meet as a sophomore to winning the state title, placing fourth at NXN Midwest Regional and placing 53rd at NXN as a junior. Aho continued his trend of improvement into the track season, where he dropped his 3200m time from 9:12.08 to 9:00.7, and reduced his 1600m time from 4:20.03 to 4:14.90. He also ran 4:08.79 for the full mile and earned an invite to the Brooks PR Invitational, where he placed 11th in the mile.
