Seventeen-year-old phenom Candace Hill proved once again she is the best in the world in her age group by winning the IAAF World U20 Championship last night in the 100m. Her final time of 11.07 (+0.9) set a new championship record. Hill had previously tied the record in the semi-finals with her mark of 11.12; the record was originally set by Jamaican star Veronica Campbell-Brown.
