Next month's cover of Vogue Magazine will feature internationally-renowned model Gigi Hadid. Her male counterpart on the cover is Olympic gold medalist and decathlon world record-holder Ashton Eaton.
Even before last week when Eaton won the Olympic Trials and secured his place for the Games in Rio, the decathlon star was already the face of multiple landmark brands: Nike (his primary sponsor), Coca-Cola, and Gillette just to name a few.
This is Eaton's first time as a Vogue cover model, but it's not the first time he has graced the glossy pages of the famed fashion magazine. After making his first Olympic team in 2012, he was part of the Olympic-themed June issue of Vogue that included top athletes such as Serena Williams, Ryan Lochte, and Hope Solo who all posed beside a team of the most famous models in the fashion industry.

Inside the issue is the article that recaps Hadid and Eaton's meeting for the shoot. As the daughter of a former Olympic downhill skier and best friend of Kendall Jenner (Bruce Jenner's daughter), the supermodel seems to have no problem talking sports and the similarities between the life of a professional athlete and that of a supermodel.
The August issue hits newsstands July 26, but you can see behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot and read the full article here.
