FloTrack traveled to Flagstaff, Arizona to check in with All American Caleb Hoover and fellow steeplechaser Tim Cummings at Northern Arizona University. Hoover, the #4 ranked steeplechaser in the NCAA, and Cummings got after a tough workout just days before the NCAA West Prelims. Hoover will contend for an NCAA title next week.
