Sammy Watson, Keshun Reed Win Pre Classic 400m
Sammy Watson of Rush-Henrietta, N.Y. and Keshun Reed of Arlington Martin, Texas won the High School 400m races at the Pre Classic in Eugene, Ore. on Friday night.
Watson ran a new season-best of 53.21, which ranks No. 5 in the nation this year. The field included No. 2 ranked Makenzie Dunmore, No. 3 ranked Sterling Lester, the previously No. 5 ranked Maiah Walker and No. 11 ranked Kennedy Simon.
