With the 2016 track season barely underway, the Birmingham (AL) CrossPlex has already given us a plethora of sick sprint performances. The best from this weekend was the IceBreaker Invitational boys 4x200, where Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC) and Opelika (Alabama) ran the two fastest times in the country. Oxford (Mississippi) wasn't far behind, running the US #5 time. Carroll missed the all-time top ten by just two-tenths of a second, they ran the 12th fastest 4x200 of all time, and are the 10th fastest team. Watch the race above and check out the results below.
