Alan Webb: One of the best US milers of all time, he was also 2nd in the 2000 Foot Locker Nationals during his time at South Lakes (VA) High School. He also set the high school national records in the 1500 and Mile, and went on to break the American record for the mile later in his career, with a PR of 3:46.91. Emily Sisson: One of the elite few who made it to 4 straight Foot Locker Nationals, starting in 2006, her best finish was 3rd place in 2009. She spent a year running for Wisconsin before transferring to Providence College in Rhode Island for a decorated career that included 3 NCAA titles and a Division I indoor 5000 record. In international competition, Emily went to World Juniors in 2010, ran in the World XC Championships later the same year, and finished 5th at USATF Outdoor Nationals in the 10K this past summer.
