National Freshman Shot Put record holder Nick Vena (Morristown, NJ) continued his incredible indoor season Monday night at the NJ Varsity Classic, this time throwing 63-02.75 to better his record by over a foot. Vena's mark also ranks him at the U.S. #1 spot, besting Dan Kwiatkowski's (PA) mark of 63-00 set on January 25.
