Jefferson Academy - It's tough to pick a #1 here, but I'm going to give JA an oh-so-slight edge on SkyView Academy. It is a very tough call in any case, but JA boasts a small edge in depth over their rivals at the south end of the league. Josiah Raso-Valdez was the top returning runner from the fall, but didn't appear in track in the spring. We'll wait to see if Raso-Valdez is back in top form this fall.
