Sammy Watson put on quite a show at the Loucks Games this past weekend in a three act performance between individual wins and fast times in the 400 and 800 as well as anchoring her Rush Henrietta Sperry team to victory in the 4x400 meter relay with a sub 54 second split. She ran a PR US #7 time of 53.49 to win the open 400 on Saturday, while her 2:08.73 win on Friday in the 800 was a season best and also ranks her US #7.
