The tale told by the 3A Boys virtual meet might be just a bit deceptive. Yes, Lutheran does project as the 3A leader at this point, but it's also true that the Lions have picked up an injury or two along their way toward trading in a 2A state trophy for a 3A state trophy this year.

That said, let's still take stock of what the Lions bring to the table and get a read on how strong this team can be if they come to state fully healthy.

The sprint ranks from last year got hit a little by graduation, but it's difficult to feel like you're lacking much when Chris Youngs and Kent Harris step to the starting line. My best guess, and it is only a guess, is that Youngs runs 100, 200, and two relays and Harris runs 200, 400, and two relays at state.
