The Florida State commit returns as the defending New Balance Outdoor Nationals champion for 100m (10.2) and has eyes on wining his first NBN Indoor title after finishing runner-up for 200m and third in the 60m. He's also got the times to back it up - Haraway owns the nation's top returning times in the 55m (6.29), 60m (6.76) and 200m (21.15).

But Armstrong, a sub-9 minute two miler in the spring, enjoyed a strong cross country season this fall culminating with a third place finish at Foot Locker Nationals. He returns to indoor track with the country's fifth-fastest time of 9:10.93, but expect him to drop significant time this season.
