Marcelo Rocha of Peabody High School in Massachusetts was the top underclassmen finisher at Foot Locker Northeast with a 36th place finish at Van Cortland Park. His top race performances prior including a top 10 finish in his state meet, a runner-up showing at the Eastern States divisional meet, and win at the Frank Kelley Invitational coming off a freshmen season of track that included a 9:38 2 mile.
