Blaise Ferro (9:08 3200 NJ Meet of Champs winner) is the lone holdover from last March's national record setting 4xmile relay from Christian Brothers Academy in New Jersey. The strength in the 2014 cross country squad from CBA will rely on a group that thrives at greater the distance with 7 guys back who ran 9:30 or faster in the 3200 this past spring.
