If there is any reason why Alexa Efraimson should not turn pro for her senior year of high school, its because of her cross country team. They are good. With Efraimson running for the team in the fall and two sub 19 minute 5K runners to round our their top 3, the Camas girls could compete to win the NXN Northwest Regional title and advance onto nationals after finishing 3rd in last year's regional race and only graduating their #5 runner. A list of the top 25 fastest returning girls cross country teams within the states of the NXN Northwest Region including Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. List is generated by using the average time of the top 5 returnees on each team from their 2013 XC season 5K bests. Note that these are not subjective rankings, which we will produce during the season, but a guide to show some of the top teams coming back in the region.
