When you're the returning state champion and you didn't graduate a soul off your state championship team, expectations can be a little high coming into the next season. And so it is with Salida.
If you look at the track season just completed, it would appear that sophomore-to-be Taryn Ceglowski has moved to the front of the team and may end up as the next big thing in 3A girls cross country, but--at some level--it may not matter all that much. Salida has all sorts of weapons in the arsenal, to include Olivia Lowe, Phoebe Powell, Sydney Fesenmeyer, Bari Beasley, Kaitlyn Moltz, and Lauren McDonald.
