Often overshadowed by their female counterparts, the Long Beach Poly boys (CA) ended their 2014 outdoor season with a bang to finish off the CIF State Finals as they outdueled the Dorsey boys for the California state title in the 4x400 meter relay with a US #1 time of 3:11.86.

The final Flo 100 presented by ASICS rankings for the 2014 outdoor track & field season are here after the bulk of the post-season high school meets have been completed and all of the state championships. Check out who were the top 100 best high schoolers in each event this past spring on the track in the individual and relay events as well as in the field events. We showcase now the top 100 fastest boys relays in the nation for the 4x100 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay, and 4x800 meter relay.

Flo 100 presented by ASICS Boys 4x400m Relay Rankings

Most of the relays at the Golden South Classic were All-Star squads comprising top athletes from several schools, but the American High School boys from Hialeah, Florida were a quartet all from the same school in the 4x400 meter relay to run a then US #1 time of 3:12.12. The scary thing about this relay is that they only graduate one leg among their team's four sub 50 second open 400 runners and should be considered as arguably the top returning 4x400 in the nation for 2015.

The St. Xavier boys set an Ohio state record and rolled to a US #1 time in the 4x800 meter relay with their 7:36.33 performance at the OHSAA State Championships. A week later against virtually all of the nation's top 4x800 meter relays at the New Balance Nationals, the St. Xavier boys validated their nation's leading time with a national title leading 5 other times under 7:40.
