West Springfield (VA) senior Caroline Alcorta ran a great solo 3200 time of 10:19 earlier in the season but after the Arcadia Invitational and other great 3200 performances across the country, the UNC recruit and Foot Locker South champion was bumped out of the US top 10 list in the deuce. She regained her US top 10 position with the second fastest 3200 time ever in Virginia high school history behind only former national record holder Erin Keogh with a 10:12.57 victory at the Loucks Games in White Plains, New York over the weekend.
