Langston Jackson Is Having Himself A Season
- - -
Langston Jackson, the defending Kentucky state champion in the 100m and 200m, is currently having the best season of his career.
The Henry Clay senior once again scored a time under 10.4 seconds on Saturday, winning the Brother Borgia/Coach Cooper Invitational in 10.36 seconds, then added his second sub-21.3 performance in the 200m, posting a time of 21.28 seconds.
While there have been no wind-gauges for his performances, you won't see Jackson in the national records for FAT/wind-legal times.
But make no mistake: Jackson can hang with most any sprinter in the country. He has raced no slower than 10.44 seconds in the 100m and no slower than 21.31 in the 200m.
A year ago, he finished seventh at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in the 100m.
