Athlete: Lexy Halladay

Analysis: Halladay has been one of the most accomplished runners in Idaho over the last two seasons, racking up two straight state championships and a 5K best of 17:19.60. This year, though, she's going to be challenged like never before, with Boise Senior High School's Maggie Liebich and Eve Jensen right on her heels--Liebich even garnered state titles in the 800m and 1600m over Halladay in the spring.
But there's nothing like motivation. Halladay's a two-time NXN qualifier with gobbles of experience, and come race time, she's proven unlike many others in the Northwest. She finished second last season at NXR Northwest and had a stretch of six straight sub-18 performances on grass.
