Ramey is going to get after it in the quarter.
He's now ranked US No. 2 at the distance, only behind his Flight400 teammate Brian Herron, and is likely eyeing a time under 47 seconds with New Balance Nationals Indoor looming.
But Allen, who's best efforts have come outdoors -- he hasn't run an indoor 400m yet this season -- will likely hang with Ramey and present a solid push. His best from the outdoor season last spring was 47.53 seconds at the AAU National Club Championship.
