The event features the US No. 1 athlete in the country and could potentially see Snyder going for a mark over 50 feet -- that hasn't been broached this season yet.
Only two athletes in the entire country were able to mark an effort at 50 feet in 2017 and only seven athletes have been able to do it since 2014.
If Snyder executes, he could put together a record-level performance.
