Ohio athletes continue to amaze at the national level.
Buckeye Valley senior Zach Kreft, who won the state's Division 2 championship last year -- two other Ohio athletes near the national rankings, Chad Johnson, and Dustin Horter, won the Division 1 and Division 2 titles, respectively -- claimed a career best effort in the race of champions at the Midwest Meet of Champions on Saturday, posting a U.S. No. 1 time of 14:29.95 at the 5K distance.
