Over the past four years, Southlake Carroll (Tx.) High's Reed Brown and New Braunfel Canyon (Tx.) High's Sam Worley have developed arguably one of the best rivalries in high school track and field history.

The two Texas natives have 1-mile and 3200m personal bests that almost mirror each other and have been trading victories back and forth for years. Brown owns personal bests of 1:53.41 in the 800m, 4:04.73 in the full mile, and 8:50.43 in the 3200m. Worley fires back with almost identical PBs, including a 1:50.43 in the 800m, 4:04.86 in the full mile and 8:51.44 in the 3200m.

With almost every race coming down to the final second, these two will face off again this weekend in the Jerry Thompson Mile at the 90th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
