How we did this: we took the fastest girls times across each state in the respectable event, and figured out what they could potentially run as a relay team.  For the SMR we compiled the top 200m(FAT/wind legal), 400m, and 800m times in each state to find out which combination would make the fastest relay.  Look at it as an all-star relay team for each state, and if then from that we ranked each state's team.

It is very interesting to see how each state falls in the ranking with certain athletes.  There are some surprising teams that rank high as well; check it out

In the 4x400, Georgia just edges out California by .56 with Makenzie Dunmore, Sterling Lester, Kennedy Simon, and Serenity Douglas and a speedy team time of 3:32.31.  This would have put them in the top 10 at NCAAs! The race would be incredibly fast since the top four teams go sub 3:35.
