Eduardo Torres: Twin brother to Jorge, he grew up outside Chicago and attended Wheeling (IL) High School. He finished 6th in both the 1997 and 1998 Foot Locker Nationals, then he and his brother moved on to the University of Colorado, where both competed in 4 straight NCAA championships. Jorge Torres: The only male athlete ever to qualify for four Foot Locker Nationals, Jorge finished 2nd in 1997 and the won the championship in 1998. At Colorado he won the 2002 NCAA DI individual XC title. Jorge competed in the 5000 at the 2003 World Track & Field Championships, then moved up to the 10K to find even greater success. Katie McGregor: She had a long and successful career in international competition, making her third World Championships in 2009. Previously, she made the finals of the 10K in the 2007 and 2005 Worlds, and was the 2005 US champion. In her collegiate career at Michigan, she won the NCAA cross country championship in 1998. Carrie Tollefson: The graduate of Dawson-Boyd (MN) High School finished 5th in the 1994 Foot Locker Nationals, and also made the top 10 in 1992 when the meet was sponsored by Kinney. She then matriculated to Villanova University, where she won the 1997 NCAA DI XC title as well as 3 individual championships on the track. Carrie was the USATF Outdoor National champion in the 1500 in 2004, earning a spot in the Olympics that year. She won two other US championships in her career and competed at the 2006 World Indoors.
