2. Track Queen Nevada Mareno runs 17:38
We all know Nevada Mareno is a track queen - after all, she won the national mile title in record-setting fashion (4:43.23!) as a sophomore. But the now-junior at Leesville Road High School in Raleigh, North Carolina looks more dangerous on the cross country course in every race she runs. Mareno beat the state's best in Sara Platek and Elly Henes at the Friday Night Lights and set a course record of 17:38 in just her second race ever under 18 minutes. Cue the jams (Thanks Fetty Wap).
