All Americans Wanted in NB Nationals Boys Discus

The boys discus at NBNO features U.S. No. 5 David Lucas. He holds more than a five foot lead over the rest of the field with his 199-7.75 throw from The Penn Relays in April. The senior not only looks to better his seventh place finish from NBNO last year, but possibly break 200 feet. Hopefully the nationals setting will give him that extra motivation to get over that barrier.

The field also comprises of four other guys who have thrown over 190 feet as well as many others who are knocking on that door. Expect some close throws, loud thrower screams, and a good battle in this one at NBNO.
