This is the third, and most likely not the final time we will mention Ryen Frazier's triple at NBNO, but its such a big deal its hard not to. Frazier will run the 5K first on Friday night, the two mile Saturday, and finish off with the mile on Sunday.
With fresh legs, its hard to pick against Ryen in this one. But, U.S. No. 2 in the 5K Sarah Kettel is looking to make this a good race. It is important to keep in mind that the 5K is a timed final. With both Frazier and Kettel in section two, it could make for an interesting race.
