Recap: Candace Hill! The sophomore dropped a 10.98 wind LEGAL. 10.98! That is a NATIONAL High School and junior RECORD, as well as a current World Junior lead. Did I mention she is a sophomore? This race was one of the best we have ever seen from a high schooler. We can expect a very bright future from Hill.
