Recap: After winning the COA 4x100m in 2011 and 2012, Long Beach Poly (CA) will have to settle for the same result that they've seen the last two years... the top American team, but getting beat by numerous Jamaican squads. This year the count was four. Four teams from the island crossed the line before Long Beach Poly with Edwin Allen (JAM) repeating its title in 45.40.
